At Vanilla Atelier, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer returns in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Items must be returned in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Intimate items or earrings (for hygiene reasons, where applicable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional)
Once your request is reviewed, return instructions will be provided.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
4. Third-Party Fulfilment
Orders may be fulfilled and processed through trusted third-party fulfilment partners, including Tapstitch.
Returned items may be received, inspected, and processed by our fulfilment partner before a refund or exchange is approved.
Processing times may vary depending on return shipping and warehouse handling times.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the item is faulty,
- damaged,
- or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Vanilla Atelier is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs where possible
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges due to stock availability.
If you would like a different size or item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
9. Lost or Delayed Returns
Vanilla Atelier is not responsible for returned parcels lost or delayed during transit back to our fulfilment facilities.
Please retain proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been fully processed.
